We've Got Answers

Absolutely. Every class is coached and every workout is scaled to your level. We cater for all fitness levels and abilities — you go at your own pace. We've helped hundreds of beginners build confidence from their very first session.
Once you sign up, we'll get you set up with a membership account so you can start booking classes straight away. Your 4 weeks begin from your first class — and you get full access to everything, just like a regular member. We recommend 3 sessions per week to get the best results.
Before your trial ends, one of the team will chat with you about the options for continuing. There's no pressure — but most people don't want to leave. We're focused on long-term lifestyle change, not short-term fixes.
None at all. We supply all the equipment and our coaches will guide you through everything. Just bring water and a willingness to work hard. No CrossFit experience is required.
We're at Core Performance, 4–6 Sergeants Way, Elms Industrial Estate, Bedford MK41 0EH. Parking is plentiful and completely free.
Our timetable includes: CrossFit (structured periodised programming by HWPO), S.W.E.A.T (strength + HIIT), Barbell Club (Olympic lifting with our Level 3 coach Neil), CrossFit Endurance (Sunday Smash), Engine Building (cardio capacity), and HYROX prep. Over 30 sessions a week across all levels.
